It is evident that green burials have many environmental benefits. In these burials, the production of huge amounts of steel and concrete is no longer necessary. Instead, the coffins or urns used are made of more eco-friendly materials like bamboo or clay. These materials are able to decompose naturally and leave a lower carbon footprint. Green burials allow people who respect the environment in life to do the same in death. The idea of being laid to rest in a natural setting can also provide a lot of comfort.
