For typical restaurants, food presentation is extremely important. The appearance of meals can increase or decrease customers’ appetites. So what happens when guests can’t see the food? At dark dining restaurants, customers learn about the menu and place their orders before being guided to the dining room. Even though they have a general idea of the food that will be served, customers can have difficulty identifying each dish during the meal.
