　　House pets aren’t the only animals that are sensitive to changing weather. Farmers have observed that farm animals like cows often lie down on the grass when a shower or storm is near. This could be to keep their bodies from losing heat. Similarly, sheep might gather in a tight group before rain or snow to stay warm. Under the water, when sharks sense the pressure changes that usually come with storms, they will dive deeper to protect themselves.

　　家庭寵物不是唯一對天氣變化敏感的動物。農夫觀察到，像牛這樣的農場動物會在陣雨或暴風雨接近的時候躺在草地上。這可能是為了避免身體失溫。同樣地，在下雨或下雪之前，綿羊可能會緊挨在一起保暖。在水下，當鯊魚感知到通常會伴隨暴風雨而來的氣壓變化時，牠們會下潛至更深的水域保護自己。
