Gina and Steven are sitting in a coffee shop and trying to cool off from the sweltering weather.

G: Phew. It’s scorching hot out there! I can hardly handle the heat anymore.

S: Tell me about it! Luckily, we found this coffee shop where we can have a cool drink and enjoy the air conditioning.

G: Yeah, but we should think about some other ways to beat this heat so that we can keep enjoying our trip.

S: For sure. Since we lose so much moisture from sweating, staying hydrated is key. That’s why I always carry this water bottle with me wherever I go.

吉娜和史蒂芬正坐在一間咖啡廳裡，試著在酷熱的天氣中涼快下來。

吉　娜： 呼。外面熱到不行！我幾乎無法再忍受這種高溫了。

史蒂芬： 就是說啊！還好我們找到這間咖啡廳，可以在裡面喝冰涼的飲料並享受空調。

吉　娜： 是啊，但我們應該想些其他辦法來對抗這樣的高溫，這樣我們才能繼續享受旅程。

史蒂芬： 當然。因為我們流汗會失去很多水分，攝取足夠的水分是很重要的。這就是為什麼我到哪裡都帶著這瓶水壺。
