R: Rebecca　　T: Tom

The graduation ceremony has just ended. Rebecca talks to Tom, who is a graduate.

R: I had some help from a friend, but yeah, it took a while.

T: Thank you for helping out with the ceremony.

R: No problem. So, no more high school for you.

T: Yeah, it’s going to be a big change. It’ll take some time for me to get used to it.

R: Will you be starting university in the fall?

T: No, I’m taking a gap year. I think I need a break.

R: Oh, that sounds fantastic. What are you planning to do?

畢業典禮剛結束。蕾貝嘉與畢業生湯姆交談。

蕾貝嘉： 我從朋友那裡得到了一些幫助，但是，確實花了一段時間。

湯　姆： 謝謝妳對畢業典禮的協助。

蕾貝嘉： 不客氣。所以，你再也不是高中生了。

湯　姆： 是啊，這會是一個很大的轉變。我需要一些時間來適應。

蕾貝嘉： 你會在秋季開始上大學嗎？

湯　姆： 不，我會有個休學年。我想我需要休息一下。

蕾貝嘉： 哦，聽起來棒極了。你打算做什麼？
