　　The Cooper’s Hill cheese-rolling event has been held annually every May for several hundred years. Over the past few years, the event has drawn big crowds from all parts of the world. What exactly happens in this cheese-rolling race? There are actually four races in all: three races for men and one for women. To enter the race, all you need to do is reach the top of Cooper’s Hill early and introduce yourself to the event organizers. The racers then line up and wait for the signal.

　　數百年來，庫柏山滾起司活動在每年五月都會舉行。過去幾年來，這項活動吸引了來自世界各地的大批群眾。這場滾起司大賽到底是如何進行的？實際上總共有四場比賽：三場男子組比賽與一場女子組比賽。要參加比賽，你所需要做的就是提早到達庫柏山頂並向活動主辦方介紹自己。參賽者接著排成一列等待信號。
