With more than 100,000 members in 100 countries, users of TimeRepublik freely exchange their skills for TimeCoins. Each TimeCoin is worth 15 minutes of service people provide. The idea was to create a system where members perform tasks like cooking dinner or teaching guitar in exchange for time credits. For example, a person walking a dog for another person can later use the five TimeCoins they earned to learn French from others. With awards for providing certain amounts of services and the promise of an expanded network, TimeRepublik is a great platform to learn new skills as well as give back to the community.
