Irene approaches her colleague Tim at his desk with some papers in hand.
I: Hi, Tim. Do you have a minute?
T: Of course. What is it, Irene?
I: Well, our boss just asked me to create the quarterly sales report. Since I’m new at the company, I’m not sure what the preferred form to present the information is. Do you have any advice?
T: The person whom you replaced usually made a pie chart along with a PowerPoint presentation that went into detail with the figures. You could do the same thing.

艾 琳： 嗨，提姆。你有空嗎？
提 姆： 當然。艾琳，有什麼事嗎？
艾 琳： 哦，我們的老闆剛請我做季度銷售報告。由於我才剛來公司，我不太確定以何種形式呈現資料比較好。你有什麼建議嗎？
