LV Neverfull Inside Out包將熱賣的Neverfull包，轉變為包身可以翻轉換面、讓內裡變為包身的別緻設計，當前2款設計外側皆為經典的Monogram帆布圖樣，其一內襯為柔軟粒面單色設計，搭配條紋拉鏈小袋，也是郭雪芙在美照中所背的包款，當起「雙面女郎」。

另一款內襯則為活潑的撞色桃紅、正紅、鮮黃等條紋樣貌，使1個包就擁有2種搭配呈現，側邊並附有調節鎖扣，可將尺寸較大的MM包款變為梯形的Hobo造型。還有尺寸較小的Neverfull Inside Out BB款，外側同樣為Monogram帆布，內裏為單色設計，並搭配有條紋拉鏈小袋的，擁有黑色、深卡其色、深粉紅色，該小袋也可拆卸單獨後單獨配搭，當作隨身小包使用
