可譯為：During the summer in Taiwan, the weather is often sunny with intense heat for days on end.

譯題密技：

 for hours / days / weeks 等 + on end　　連續數小時∕數天∕數星期等（不與具體數字並用）

字詞加油站：

 a. sunny　a. 晴朗的，有陽光的

 b. intense　a. 強烈的，極端的

2. 專家建議大眾在戶外應該要擦防曬（sunscreen）並且撐傘。

可譯為：Experts suggest that the public (should) wear sunscreen and hold an umbrella when they are outdoors.

譯題密技：

 S + suggest + that + S + (should) + 原形動詞……建議……（應該）……

 suggest 作「建議」時，為意志動詞，其後的 that 子句中須使用助動詞 should，但 should 可予以省略，而直接接原形動詞。
