When you’re traveling and have some questions, the front desk of your hotel can be very helpful. The staff can give you directions to different tourist spots or suggest things to do. But the services offered by high-class hotels go far beyond these basic services. Many fancy hotels have a concierge who is responsible for helping guests during their stay. If a guest has a special request, the concierge will find a way to meet that request.
