維加目前效力於奇切斯特城足球俱樂部的維加，在對陣溫蓋特與芬奇利隊的比賽中，倒地時頭部重重撞到地面，他機緊由直升機送往醫院，雖然進行了開腦手術，但仍不幸離世，這場比賽也因維加的受傷，只踢了15分鐘就取消。
維加14歲就加入兵工廠的青年體系，並於2022年7月和兵工廠簽約，可惜未能晉升一隊，他在2024年離開兵工廠，先加入哈斯丁聯隊，隨後轉會至奇切斯特城。
奇切斯特城足球俱樂部發布了維加離世的噩耗，留言湧入大量球迷的哀悼，他的家人說：「從收到的回應可以看出，維加在這項運動中是多麼受重視和愛戴。」
