怪奇比莉總共入圍6項，她為電影《Barbie芭比》創作歌曲《What Was I Made For?》就橫掃「年度歌曲」、「最佳影視媒體作品歌曲 」等 5 項提名，她在社群網站連發流淚表情符號，直呼「我的心臟好痛」。同樣獲得6項提名的怪物新人奧莉維亞，興奮分享開心跳起的照片，寫道：「能被大會如此肯定真是莫大的榮幸，如果我說很感激那真的只是輕描淡寫！」
本屆是女歌手的天下，R&B女伶SZA獲9項提名最為風光，緊追在後的是入圍 7 項的R&B新聲Victoria Monét、Phoebe Bridgers個人及所屬獨立搖滾樂團「天才男孩樂團」（boygenius）。泰勒絲、麥莉、奧莉維亞和怪奇比莉、鄉村歌手Brandy Clark以及強巴提斯等人獲6項入圍肯定。韓國天團「防彈少年團」（BTS）自2020年起連3年入圍「最佳流行二人組／團體表演」，今年因成員陸續當兵暫時休團，改成個人發片出輯，但全數摃龜，中斷連4年入圍的紀錄。第66屆葛萊美頒獎典禮於台灣時間2024 年2月5日早上9點在洛杉磯揭曉。
