Penghu County is a chain of 90 islands off the western coast of Taiwan that stretches 60 kilometers from north to south. The landscape in Penghu is truly unique. Visitors can gaze at the beautiful basalt columns, which look like tall pillars placed next to each other to form a mountain with a flat top. These columns are the result of the rapid cooling and hardening of lava flows over a long period of time.
澎湖縣位於臺灣西海岸的外海，由九十個島嶼組成，從北到南綿延六十公里。澎湖的風景確實獨一無二。遊客可以凝視美麗的玄武岩柱，它們看起來像一根根高大的柱子並排放置，形成了一座頂部平坦的山。這些柱子是熔岩長期下來快速冷卻又硬化的結果。
